QUESTIONS:
1. Do you take deposits? Answer: No.
2. When Do I Pay? Answer: When we set up we take payment.
3. What kind of payments do you take? Answer: Cash is preferred. Credit, Debit, or Venmo will incur and additional 5% fee.
4. When Do I Sign The Hold Harmless And Contract? Answer: When we set up.
5. I have irrigation, can you sandbag the unit.? Answer: No. We do not sandbag units. We use stakes up to 24" long. You will need to sign a hold harmless if you wish to proceed.
6. What are your delivery times? Answer: Our normal delivery times are between 7 am and noon. We cannot guarantee a specific delivery time. However, We reserve the right to set up water slides the day before your party. We do not know until the weekend approaches if we are doing early set ups. If we have to do a day before set up, we will try out best to work around your schedule. We will text you either way.
7. When do you pickup? Answer: Waterslides of 18 ft or more or when noted in description are picked up next day. ALL Other units we reserve the right to pick up after your party is over. IF we need to do a same night pickup, we can start as late as 9.00 pm. Most people just text us when done.
8. How do I reserve? Answer: Please text us at 508-818-7999 . If you call we may be on deliveries etc, and may not always answer. We are able to see texts quickly and respond. We HATE voicemail and only check them in batches every few days.
9. What do I need to do to prepare? Answer: Make sure that you have enough room for unit. Area should be free of dog poop, toys, branches, etc. ALSO, we will not deliver a unit to a residence that requires us to go down steep hills, stairs, etc.
10. How do I Cancel? Answer: Just text us. We understand life and weather happen.
